If you need assistance regarding the collection site options available to you for your testing services, we are happy to help! The collection sites available to you are based on the locations set up within your hiring company’s network.
We highly recommend that you call the Collection Site in advance to confirm hours of operation and availability. Please note that your expiration date and time is NOT an appointment. You must report to the collection site before your registration expires.
In the event you need to update your Collection Site, log into the Applicant Center, and visit the section for Drug and Health Screening Instructions where you will be presented the option to “Change Collection Sites”. Enter a US based address near the location at the time of the screening. If you’ve already submitted the application, you can still update the Collection Site.
If you are receiving an error message or no locations are available within 25 miles of your address, or you need assistance changing the location please reach out to your hiring company or our team using the contact information below, we will be happy to walk you through this process!
