The Nevada National Sex Offender Registry is currently down and unavailable to the entire public due to a cyberattack affecting the Nevada Court Systems.

Due to a cyberattack affecting the Nevada Court Systems, the Nevada Sex Offender Registry is offline. This means that we are not currently receiving any results for Nevada through NSOPW. For candidates with a job or residence location outside of Nevada, HireRight is supplementing Nevada by searching the most currently available Nevada SOR bulk data file (most recently updated 8/21/25). For candidates with a job or residence location in Nevada, HireRight is keeping the NSOPW search until the Nevada SOR comes back online.
