Please note, that due to ongoing system migrations, certain courts are still updating and transferring case information. As a result, the following courts are currently excluded from HireRight's search:
Snohomish County: Edmonds Municipal
Skagit County: Anacortes Municipal, Burlington Municipal, Mount Vernon Municipal, Sedro-Woolley Municipal, Skagit District (including Concrete and La Conner Municipal)
Whatcom County: Bellingham Municipal, Blaine Municipal, Everson/Nooksack Municipal, Ferndale Municipal, Lynden Municipal, Sumas Municipal, Whatcom District
Island County: Island District (including Langley Municipal)
San Juan County: San Juan District
Records from these courts will remain excluded until their current and up to date case information is available.
The current ETA for the backlog to be processed for Washington courts that are now processing requests is by the end of the day on Thursday, 10/15.
There is no ETA at this time for the additional courts listed that are still updating and transferring case information. HireRight will continue working with the source and will provide updates as we receive them.
